The Leadership Development Mentorship Package is designed for women who are looking to enhance their leadership skills and take on influential roles. Mentees receive guidance from experienced leaders who provide insights into effective leadership practices, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and decision-making. This package offers personalized coaching sessions, leadership assessments, and action plans to develop the mentees' leadership capabilities. It also includes opportunities to participate in leadership workshops, industry conferences, and networking events to broaden their professional networks. In addition to materials aligned with other programs you have weekly access to mentor's expertise. Including 2 hour video chats. This is for mentees who have already started their businesses and need further assistance with business expansion. Set a start date. Total hours count as one session. However, total hours can be scheduled any day within 60 days of your start date.
